FIELD: district house heating systems. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of heat- carrying agent temperature in delivery and return pipelines, ambient temperature, and indoor temperature, heat-carrying agent flowrate through heating system, followed by flowrate correction of heat-carrying agent supplied form heat network by means of regulator-adjusted control valve. Heat-carrying agent temperature T01(t) is maintained in delivery pipeline in compliance with dependence where T02(t) is current coolant temperature in return pipeline of heating system; t is current time; G(t) is current flowrate of heat-carrying agent through heating system; c is specific heat of heat-carrying agent; Qr(Tind(t)) is experimentally found required heating-system thermal power for given ambient temperature Tind(t); ΔQr is required heating-system thermal power corrected with respect to indoor air temperature deviation from desired value which is increased at negative difference in mentioned temperatures and decreased at positive difference.
