FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves plowing by means of tractor, mellowing, applying fertilizer into soil and sowing seeds. Fertilizer is prepared simultaneously with plowing and mellowing processes in containers for complex and macro and micro fertilizer from pulp comprised of water and mellowed soil by electrohydraulic effect, which is created for producing micro fertilizer by means of apparatus supplied with power from independent ac current generator driven by independent pulley put onto tractor power takeoff shaft. EFFECT: increased efficiency of fertilizer applied into soil, improved ecology, provision for retention of moisture in soil for seeds and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 5 dwg
