FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves covering soil surface and sowing seeds; forming furrow by lifting undercut soil and weed layer without shifting it aside but with disturbing its continuity, with furrow formation being conducted simultaneously with terminating covering process. Soil and weed layer is undercut by wedge and soil layer is lifted to height of wedge for disturbing continuity of soil layer. While undercutting soil layer wedge compacts furrow horizontal bottom. Method further involves embedding seeds by pneumatically feeding seeds downwards to zone of disturbance of continuous undercut soil layer at speed sufficient for delivery of seeds onto furrow bottom and partial penetration into soil without being damaged; covering seeds with mellowed soil layer discharged from wedge with following total covering.
