FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: fodder additive in which raw material based upon plant, animal and/or microbial product and containing oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides should be treated so that the structure of cellular wall is opened and amount of free oligonucleotides and/or polysaccharides is increased at the surface of a cellular wall. The fodder includes the suggested additive at the quantity of 0.1-2 wt.%. Such additive is efficient for preventing gastric disorders and intestinal diseases by inhibiting the growth of harmful microbes.
