FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has melting chamber, casting member for treating model material, reservoir for holding negative, negative with inlay placed inside it and having sealed cavity formed by its internal walls and external tube surface. The tube is fixed along vertical inlay axis. Threaded rod is mounted in the inlay tube. The rod has nut and washer the diameter of which is greater than inlay tube diameter. The upper end of the tube thrusts against washer surface. Plate differing in shape from revolution body is rigidly fixed on the lower rod end. Maximum dimension of the plate in a plane being in perpendicular relation to rod axis is greater than lower inlay end diameter. Lining member collinear to the rod is set between the plate and the lower inlay tube end. EFFECT: simplified process in manufacturing anatomical models. 1 dwg
