FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has crural part, foot part and ball-and-socket articulation member joining them. The ball-and-socket articulation member has body with socket and orifice fixed in the foot part, ball head member having elastic link with the socket, its tail with crus part adapter member and mounting accessories. The second orifice is available in the device body with closure member. The first orifice axis is deviated from tail axis towards the heel. The adapter is mounted on the tail member to enable gap adjustment relative to the device body to be done.
