FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: at the first stage of therapy one should perform argonoplasmatic coagulation of relapse tumor at conducting 2-8 seances of recanalization twice weekly at the interval of 3-4 d. One should apply the following parameters of coagulation: power of high-frequency current 60-80 W, rate for argon supply 2.0-2.2 l/min, volume of introduced gas during one seance - not more than 2 l, duration of each application corresponds to 3 sec, not more. In case of further tumor growth at the second stage one should conduct seances during patient's whole life period at interval of 2-4 wk at the same parameters of coagulation. The method enables to restore the lumen of anastomosis, perform recanalization under out-patient conditions and minimize the risk of complications being dangerous for patient's life.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
