FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in removal of hydrate-paraffin accumulations in oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: device presents bushing with inclined grooves, rocker and knives. It is rotated by fluid flow when device is lifted and hydrate-paraffin accumulations are fully removed. Bushing is installed in device on rod and supported in bearings. Bushing is connected with scrapers made in the form of spring-loaded rockets installed on axles. Knives are mounted with the help of axles on rockers. Knives, when device is lifted, come apart under effect of centrifugal force. Rod has connecting head. Rocker may carry wire brush in addition to knives.
