FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in cleaning of tubing walls in wells. SUBSTANCE: device has scrapers in the form of wire clamps with axes overlapping the entire perimeter of internal surface of tubing due to their displacement. Clamps are spaced for value along device axis exceeding value of clearance in pipe box joints. Body has sockets for clamp axles and stops for clamp holding in operation to provide for their yielding and removal in case of wedging. Dimensions of body and clamps are selected to provide for passage of removed accumulations through gap between clamps and body. EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning of internal surface of tubing from gas hydrate-paraffin accumulations and reduced emergency hazard in course of removal of accumulations. 2 cl, 2 dwg
