FIELD: fuel treatment facilities. SUBSTANCE: filter-fuel converter has cylindrical housing with outlet fuel union, cover with inlet fuel union, magnetic systems in housing, ring permanent magnet with central ring space to let fuel pass. Cylindrical projection of inlet shell forms ring clearance with central hole of outlet shell to let fuel pass to outlet union through fuel processing chamber. Conical or cylindrical surface of cover is furnished with coarse and fine fuel cleaning metal strainers. Fuel swirler with inner toroidal chamber with inlet confuser and outlet diffuser axial channels to direct fuel to magnetic systems is placed in filter housing between cover with inlet fuel union and system. Fuel dividers in form of blades with bevels are arranged inside toroidal chamber. Ring single-row or double-row permanent magnet is arranged over outer surface of swirler. Said magnet is assembled of separate permanent magnets. Acute angle projection pointed inwards the chamber is arranged in place of location of outlet diffuser axial channel.
