FIELD: burning industrial and domestic wastes; loading garbage into various incinerators. SUBSTANCE: unit ensures mechanization of cleaning outer side of gate from scorched waste, thus excluding its seizure. Said loading unit has loading opening, framework with guides for motion of gate, pusher and gate with lowering and hoisting drive. Device is provided with damper located on the outer side of gate and mechanism for pressing it to outer side of gate; guides of framework are inclined towards loading opening. Damper is made in form of rectangular shield whose shape corresponds to shape of loading opening overlapping it; lower portion of shield is secured on axle and pressing mechanism is made in form of lever with weight rigidly connected with said axle.
