FIELD: incineration of industrial waste and garbage. SUBSTANCE: grate of furnace to incinerate industrial waste and garbage has immobile fire bars, shafts, each shaft being joined to electric motor drive, and mobile fire bars anchored on shafts and alternating with immobile fire bars. Grate also has beams placed horizontally and resting against framework of furnace on which immobile fire bars are put. Shafts bear against framework of furnace and are placed in parallel to beams. Inserts are positioned in grooves made in beams in points corresponding to location of mobile fire bars. Insert width equals width of proper mobile fire bars. Grate is equipped with pressure straps installed along beams above inserts and with yokes tightening them and embracing pressure straps and beams. Mobile fire bars come in the form of two typical dimensions: wide and narrow alternating by width of furnace. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of furnace with various kinds of waste with different energy indices, increased efficiency of waste incineration condition. 4 dwg
