FIELD: medicine, biology. SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by addition of E.coli O6 intestinal bacillus serovar on the 2nd - 4th or 11th-13th d of pregnancy through urethra into a bladder of white rats at concentration of microbial bodies being 1•107 CFU/ml per 0.1 ml/100 g body weight. After inoculation of intestinal bacillus at the end of pregnancy out of kidney one should conclude on the presence of inflammatory- infectious process. The innovation provides high speed and accuracy during its implementation. The method may be also used in histology, embryology, microbiology, pharmacology, physiology and laboratory diagnostics. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 tbl
