FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to experimental nephrology and can be used for acute pyelonephritis simulation with underlying cold stress. It is ensured by single rectal introduction to a laboratory animal through enema after bowel voiding of daily broth culture of uropathogenic strain of clinical isolate of lactose-negative Escherichia coli concentrated 105-107 CFU/ml, recovered from urine of the patient with acute pyelonephritis and possessing uropathogenic properties. On day following infection, an animal is exposed to acute cold stress at t°=0+2°C within 2 hours.
EFFECT: reproducibility of renal infectious-inflammatory process similarly to that observed in clinic, without doing an animal a surgical trauma.
