FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely, surgery, and relates to predicting the degree of frostbite in early periods. To do this, the levels of markers of endothelial dysfunction in the peripheral blood of patients are determined: vWF, CD62E, CD62P, CD62L, VEGF, sPECAM-1, interstitial pulmonary disease. Then, according to the results of the discriminant analysis, four classification criteria are selected from among the analyzed markers of endothelial dysfunction: vWF, CD62E, VEGF, interstitial pulmonary disease and develop linear discriminant functions for three degrees of frostbite: D1=-661.460+183.983x1+0.035x2+4.512x3+2.293x4, D2=-809.738+203.9 76x1+0.120x2+4.959x3+2.817x4, D3=-939.803+215.563x1+0.232x2+5.923x3+3.595x4, where Dj – linear discriminant function, D1 – for the second degree of frostbite, D2 – for the third degree of frostbite, D3 – for IV degree of frostbite, x1 – vWF (U/ml), x2 – CD62E (ng/ml), x3 – VEGF (pg/ml), x4 – IBL (%). Degree of frostbite is determined by the linear discriminant function that reflects the maximum numerical value.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of prediction in the early frostbite periods, which in turn allows for timely implementation of adequate therapeutic measures.
