FIELD: conversion of electromagnetic radiation to electric signal. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices intended for conversion of electromagnetic radiation to electric signal carrying information on image when these devices are mounted on mobile base. Technical result consist in reduction of error of stabilization of image formed by opticoelectron device with delay of video signal with simultaneous provision of compensation for lack of linearity of opticoelectron device. In accordance with invention method of image stabilization is modified as follows: for formation of address measured displacements are delayed by time equal to lag in formation of video signal relative to moment of radiation flux hitting photodetector and are recomputed in terms of direction of sweep. To realize this modification device is supplemented with delay unit and coordinate converter. EFFECT: reduced error of stabilization of image. 2 cl, 4 dwg
