SUBSTANCE: proposed system designed to convert electromagnetic radiation into electric signal carrying information about image and to observe operating process has first buffer memory unit, unit for measuring image frame-to-frame shift, unit for comparing levels of signals from general part of images, signal level conversion unit, pseudo-color unit, video viewing device, and also monochromatic optoelectronic device, and second buffer memory unit. System incorporates provision for using color video viewing devices when only monochromatic optoelectronic device is available.
EFFECT: improved conditions for viewing low-contrast objects including small ones, enhanced reach, reduced size.
