FIELD: technological equipment for railway transport carriage repair shops. SUBSTANCE: gear is intended to heat up side frames of bogies of freight cars in points of box cutaways to temperature of 250-300 C while they are repaired with use of welding or hard-facing. In agreement with invention two L-shaped magnetic circuits are positioned inside induction coil with columns and above it with flanges. They rest with columns against bearing surface above box and are pressed with flanges against guides of boxes of side frame of bogie of freight car. EFFECT: fast and even heating of article. 4 dwg
