FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has lower housing 170 for forming lower part of main casing in lower housing and for incorporating drive engine 150, filtering device mounted on lower housing and adapted for filtering foreign matter from inflow air, and intermediate cover having first covering part 122 and second covering part 124, which are made as single unit. Cover part 122 is positioned on upper part of filtering unit and cover part 124 is positioned so as to close upper part of electric engine housing. Pressure sensor is mounted on second cover part of intermediate cover for measuring pressure inside electric engine housing and valve is mounted on the same cover part for introducing outside air into electric engine housing, when pressure inside housing is reduced to value below predetermined pressure value. Apparatus allows overloading of electric engine and sufficient amounts of air to be immediately introduced into housing to be determined in case electric engine is overloaded. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for obtaining precise data on actual parameters of electric engine. 2 cl, 6 dwg
