SUBSTANCE: device has box-shaped fixing member having catching protrusion, members fencing wheels and protruding outside from the main vacuum cleaner casing for covering upper parts of the wheels. Elongating members are available for forming upper parts of outlet areas protruding outside from the main vacuum cleaner casing and placed near the members for fencing wheels. A member for mounting accessories is also available. The box-shaped fixing member has open upper end and is located between the member for fencing wheels and elongating member for forming outlet areas. The catching protrusion of the box-shaped fixing member passes inside from the internal surface on the lateral side on the box-shaped fixing member upper end. The member for mounting accessories is insertable into the lower part of the box-shaped fixing member and has U-shaped elastic end fixable on fixing protrusion to be caught near the lower surface of the catching protrusion.
