FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening perirenal fascia on external boundary beginning from the superior one third of the ptosed kidney along the superior one third of the kidney after setting it in physiological position. The inferior pole, anterior and posterior kidney surface is selected to the hilus renalis. Fascial fat flat is formed from the posterior leaflet of the perirenal fascia with fat from the inferior angle to the superior angle of the cut. The like flap is cut out from the anterior fascia leaflet with parietal peritoneum. The cut out flaps are rotated about the longitudinal axis and are sutured with the inferior boundaries making stepladder structure. The inferior pole of the kidney is placed into the stepladder structure. The kidney is attached to the stepladder structure through inferior pole capsule.
