FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, for treatment of nephroptosis by method of endovideosurgical nephropexy. For this purpose, propylene 1.5*8.0 cm strip is passed through formed tunnel in paranephral celluar tissue behind kidney. On end of strip is fixed to transversal fascia of preliminarily formed 3*2 cm site. Parietal peritoneum and retroperitoneal cellular tissue are opened in 11 intercostal space at the level between posterior axillary and axillary lines. The other end of mesh is passed in preliminarily made tunnel, in paranephral cellular tissue behind kidney from its lower pole in oblique direction to specified above site. Passing is performed by puncturing and dilatation of paranephrium and anterior leaf of fascia Gerotae in area of lateral edge of kidney with dissector. After that, kidney is skirted 1-2 cm more medially than lower pole. Mesh is placed on anterior surface of lower kidney segment, where it is fixed to fibrous capsule.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce operation time, fix kidney in a reliable way, preserving its physiological position and mobility.
