FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves eliminating nephroptosis and kidney rotation. Three trocars are introduced on the side the operation takes place. Anterior surface, medial segment and kidney rib are selected. Split flap of prolene net is attached to the right kidney on the vascular bundle axis. Kidney rotation is eliminated by drawing the lower net leaf. The net edge is attached to transverse fascia at the level of the tenth rib. The upper leaf of the split flap is attached to transverse fascia at the level of the twelfth rib. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative injuries. 3 dwg
