FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes freeing half anterior surface and lower pole of kidney from paranephral fat after completion of lumbotomy, molding subcapsular tunnels on mobilized surface of kidney and one tunnel in paranephral fat across anterior surface toward upper pole of kidney, cutting gauntlet graft out of parietal peritoneum in such manner that base will face diaphragm at level of twelfth thoracic vertebra, passing graft through tunnel made in paranephral fat from upper pole to mobilized surface, positioning it inside subcapsular tunnels over anterior surface and lower pole of kidney, and finally suturing graft to capsule of kidney. EFFECT: disclosed method permits preserving physiologic mobility of fixed kidney, physiologic blood and lymph circulation in kidney and perinephric space.
