FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access along Langer lines of 3-4 cm in length in the middle portion of the kidney projection. Muscles and transverse fascia are drawn apart. Perineum is displaced forwards and downwards. Wound dilator spatula is introduced into the wound. Barrel- shaped space is formed. Posterior leaflet of the transverse fascia is opened. The spatulas are transposed. A flap is cut out from lumbar muscle. The flap is drawn in subcapsulary way and attached to fat capsule. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
