FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices, applied in endovascular surgery and intervention cardiology for recovery of narrowed bifurcation sections of vessel lumen, as well as for artery treatment in case when unstable atherosclerotic plaque is present, to prevent its rupture and acute artery thrombosis, which is the main etiologic factor of acute myocardial infarction. System of balloon-expanded stent delivery consists of multi-lumen polymer catheter, which has two balloons on the introduced end. Distal balloon is made with possibility of expansion of truncated stent installed on it. proximal balloon which has smaller diameter has, at least, two X-ray contrast marks and is made with possibility of precise stent orientation in artery lumen.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to implant truncated stent in precise way due to clear visualisation of X-ray contrast marks of "signal balloon", located in one plane with maximal and minimal stent faces; to optimise area of arterial wall covering without involvement of its non-affected zone in case when eccentric unstable plaque is present; to implant truncated stent in zone of arterial bifurcation without involvement of orifice of lateral arterial branch; to implant said stent into orifice of lateral branch in an optimal way without injuring lumen of main vessel.
