FIELD: medicine, arthrology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes agent comprising the following components: gelatin 10% solution - 0.4 l; agriculture animals cartilage tissue extract containing 7-7.5 g of hexosamines; 4-5 g of uronic acids; 8-9 g of hexoses - 500 ml; blood plasma basic and neutral proteins of recipient with molecular mass 5-10 kDa, 0.04- 0.05 g; crystalline novocaine, 100 g; water, up to 1 l. Method of preparing agent involves isolation of neutral and basic proteins with molecular mass 5-10 kDa from blood plasma of recipient, their lyophilic drying, dissolving in agriculture animals hyaline cartilage extract, addition of novocaine, gelatin and distilled water and then preparation is ampouled and sterilized. The prepared agent is administrated by intra-articular route, by 3 ml 2 times per a week for 3 weeks. The proposed agent is prepared by individual indications for each patient that provides high effectiveness of treatment.
