FIELD: metal cutting equipment. SUBSTANCE: cutter includes body with V-shaped seat for mounting cutting tip having V-shaped dent. Said tip is mounted by means of catch and pressure screw. Lateral walls of body seat and faces of dent of cutting tip are inclined in lengthwise direction. In order to enhance accuracy of positioning cutting tip after regrinding it, angle between lateral walls of body seat and faces of dent of cutting tip is equal to nose angle of cutter.
