FIELD: manufacture of articles from hot-melt materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists in continuous extrusion of parallel sheets of hot-melt material by means of multislot die inside cooling chamber with producing seal between sheet longitudinal edges and chamber walls. In this case, different sheets form several sections between themselves and with chamber walls. Produced in said chamber, from end located on side of die, is rarefaction in one section from two for deformation and drawing by pairs of extruded sheets for welding localized in some places over entire height. One section of two alternating with previous sections, from end located on die side, is filled with cooling fluid. Production of rarefaction and filling with cooling fluid are alternated in each section for production of cellular structure hardening in cooling chamber. Cells in cellular structure are perpendicular to direction of extrusion. Invention also includes description of the device for embodiment of claimed method, article manufactured from structure with cellular core and coated with surface layers by the method.
