FIELD: electric heaters for heating flying vehicle cabins and salons; local heating of seats and under-foot area. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes electric heating elements for heating cabins, sides, ceiling and seats of crew and passengers. Novelty of invention consists in form of electric heating elements: each electric heating element consists of two glass-like panels: lower panel with spiral current- conducting heat-generating track made from current-conducting polymer composition characterized by negative temperature coefficient of electrical resistance; upper panel is insulating. Electric heating elements are placed under covers of backs and cushions of seats, in decorative covers of carpets and in facings of cabins, sides and ceiling. Each electric heating element is connected to on-board power supply system. Power is supplied from crew cabin; provision is made for individual heat control of electric heaters. Outer surface of flying vehicle skin swept and electrified by incoming flow of air is coated with varnish for generation of additional electric power; helical tracks made from current-conducting enamel paint and connected with electric heating elements are provided over layer of varnish. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of transport facilities; optimization of power requirements. 2 cl, 2 dwg
