SUBSTANCE: proposed device for emptying refuse containers into accumulating container with lifting device and running slides has at least one turnable device with turnable bracket mounted on lifting device. Articulated four-like guide 30a with upper drive lever 31a and lower drive lever 32a are mounted on turnable bracket. Lifting frame 11 with receiving device 10 for gripping refuse container is mounted on articulated four-link guide. Upper drive lever 31a is extended behind its point of connection 34a to accumulating container and it forms control lever 33a. Cylindrical piston device 21 is installed between free end of control lever 33a and running slides. With piston device set into operation, its point of connection 25 on articulated four-link guide 30a moves over arc of circumference 50 between both points of connection of articulated four- link guide 30 on turnable bracket 40a.
