SUBSTANCE: the device uses a tilting or hoisting-tilting mechanism furnished with a gripping apparatus used to grip the container, drive with working fluid furnished with an electrical controller for automatic control at least of part of the entire process of tilting or hoisting-tilting; the container gripping apparatus is connected at least to one acknowledgement signal switch for control the proper fit of the container on the mentioned apparatus, and has a release connected to the controller and actuated by the container when it is brought to the tilting or hoisting-tilting mechanism coupled to the controller, which has an interruption signal generating unit that produces an interruption command when the tilting or hoisting-tilting mechanism with the container to be dumped attains the preset height, or is connected to the mentioned unit and furnished with the first hand drive used to break the dumping phase automatically connected with the hoisting phase connected to the controller; the hand drive is made for actuating the controller only after interruption of the hoisting phase.
