FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes photosolidified gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid exhibiting accumulation modulus (G') from 50 to 1500 Pa, loss modulus (G'') from 10 to 300 Pa and delta tangent (G''/G') from 0.1 to 0.8 in dynamic viscoelasticity measured by rheometer under the following conditions: method of measurement: oscillation method of testing, control of loading; temperature of measurement: 37 C; size of cone: 4 cm; gap is 800 mcm; and frequency: 10 Hz. Gel is hydrogel exhibiting density value of polymeric network (frequency of cross-linkages or cross-links) from 0.01 to 0.5% per a mole of component of disaccharide link of hyaluronic acid. Gel is hydrogel prepared by irradiation of photoreactive derivative of hyaluronic acid by ultraviolet rays where photoreactive cross-linking group is bound with hyaluronic functional group and presents derivative of cinnamic acid and containing a spacer. Spacer is taken among order including groups obtained from aminoalcohol, amino acid or peptide. Indicated adjacent photoreactive cross-linking groups of indicated photoreactive derivative of hyaluronic acid are dimerized by irradiation of hyaluronic acid derivative by ultraviolet rays to form cyclobutane ring and formation of network structure. Indicated gel presents hydrogel in state that it can be taken out from container by extrusion and used for injection. Invention describes also method of photosolidified gel preparing.
