FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a method of producing cross-linked polysaccharide materials using electromagnetic radiation in an aqueous solution containing a polysaccharide with a bonded carbamate photoregulated protective group (PPG with a -NH-CO-O- group) and a polysaccharide containing an aldehyde -CHO group. Suturing process is carried out by condensation reaction of photochemically released amino group (-NH2) with an aldehyde group (-CHO) to obtain imine-type bond (-N=CH-). Both processes occur simultaneously, and they can be carried out under physiological conditions.
EFFECT: invention provides improved materials for fabric engineering, where the density of cross-linking and thus mechanical properties in the structure of the material can be adjusted.
