FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in erection of structures of buildings from concrete and reinforced concrete. Proposed formwork board comprises deck and carcass in form of rectangular frame made of contour profile reinforced with transverse profiles. Deck is equipped as a whole with nano-modified epoxy anti-adhesion coating consisting of epoxy resin reinforced with amorphous nanosized silicon dioxide with particle size of 20-100 nm, with specific surface area of 95-400 m2/g, coating hardener and curing system, which is a mixture of stabilizer, water repellent and antioxidant. Deck can be made of plywood, or wood, or metal with a working surface. Coating can consist of one or more layers.
EFFECT: increasing the turnover of formwork by preventing adhesion of concrete to the working surface of the board deck.
