FIELD: small arms cartridges. SUBSTANCE: incendiary bullet of snap-action is used in cartridges for shooting of large-caliber machine guns on unarmored air targets and land military equipment which engines use liquid fuel. Bullet includes cup with pressed-in explosive mixture and incendiary compound and is additionally fitted with incendiary compound which volume is chosen in limits of 045-0.60 of volume of explosive mixture with incendiary compound and pressing force of this incendiary compound is 5 to 15% higher than pressing force of explosive mixture with incendiary compound. EFFECT: expanded range of incendiary properties of bullet capable of igniting heavy liquid ( Diesel-engine or rocket ) fuel. 1 dwg
