FIELD: mobile communication systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is used for batch synchronization in base station of mobile communication system and in particular for synchronizing forward and backward batch transmission with respect to effective time of secondary channel and secondary code channel for fast transmission of great amount of data to base station considering discontinuous transmission mode. For organizing secondary channel transceiver of sending base station detects batch transmission of traffic and sends message for batch transmission request to transceiver of receiving base station. Batch transmission request message includes information about synchronization of forward and backward batch transmission and information about channel occupation time determined with due account of discontinuous transmission mode to save desired resources when great amount of data should be transmitted at high speed. Then transceiver of receiving base station conveys to transceiver of sending base station message on batch transmission containing information about resources allocated for batch transmission of traffic.
