FIELD: dry mixtures for drinks. SUBSTANCE: vitamins of group B, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E may be added to dry mixture for drinks. Enriched dry mixture for drinks may include iodide, cyanine and folic acid. Methods of enrichment of dry mixtures for drinks with zinc- and iron-containing compositions are described. As zinc, composition contains mixture of zinc chelated with amino acids, while as iron-containing combination, composition contains encapsulated iron. The latter is selected from group consisting from bivalent iron, trivalent iron, iron sulfate and iron chelate with amino acids. The invention deals with improvement of color and taste of dry mixtures for drinks enriched with iron and zinc having fruit and/or botanical aroma.
