FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves connecting the fifth vertebra with the sacrum by taking off inferior closing plate of the fifth vertebra and anterior cortical layer to anterior sacrum surface before hemorrhages take place and laying autotransplant over the created bed and fixing with Z-shaped plate laid over it and fixed with connecting screws. Connecting screws of its lateral part placed over the sacrum and connecting screws of the closest row of the lateral part placed on the fifth vertebra are introduced into the sacrum. The other connecting screws are introduced into the fifth vertebra. Device has overlaying plate manufactured in correspondence with Z-shaped plate length with inclined intermediate part and lateral parts having at least three pairs of through openings arranged longitudinally. The connecting screws are placed into the openings with heads being anchorable. EFFECT: high reliability of bone tissue regeneration. 10 cl, 15 dwg
