FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has working and auxiliary balloon. The auxiliary balloon is 2-3 times as large in volume as the working one. The auxiliary balloon wall is higher than the working balloon wall having hard material base with distal end shaped as wedge-like protrusion. The wedge-like protrusion is guiding end piece of the working balloon. The proximal end of the base comes 3-4 cm forward from under the working balloon to enable one to catch it with forceps or other instrument. The auxiliary balloon has thick part manufactured from flexible elastic material. The flexible elastic material possesses properties of self-tightening at the injection needle or tachometer needle pierce places. The tube for connecting the working and auxiliary balloons has detachable connection member. This connection member is set at its original place after releasing physiological fluid from the working and auxiliary balloon. Skin area expanded with the working balloon is cut on two sides along the working balloon base and on the defect side. The working balloon and a part of tube are removed. The skin excess is pulled over the defect and sutured. EFFECT: facilitated implantation and removal of working balloon; uniform pressure distribution over neighboring tissues; released patient pain feeling. 3 cl, 3 dwg
