FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering cryopexy for 1.5-2.0 min over 2/3 of circle with the exception of the inferior sector. 10- 12 days later, conjunctiva flap is produced in the inferior sector, the flap base is near the limb. Triangular flap of 1/2 of its thickness is cut out from the superficial sclera layers. A flap of smaller size is produced from the deep sclera layers. Deep layer incisions are continued and the triangular flap is removed. Basal iridectomy is carried out at 6 o'clock position. The superficial flap is sutured to its original place. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of fistulizing operation on calm eye; reduced risk of postsurgical complications.
