SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. At the first stage of treatment, one day before the operation, 0.05 ml of an angiogenesis inhibitor solution is introduced into the anterior chamber of the eye through the paracentesis at limb of 1.0 mm at 10 o’clock, and on the next day, at the second stage of treatment, during preparation for the operation, insulin syringe 1.0 ml is used to inject 0.2 ml of Articaine solution under the conjunctiva with exposure of 1-2 minutes for onset of anaesthesia and formation of conjunctival vasospasm and sclera.

EFFECT: method enables to perform antiglaucomatous eye surgery with secondary neovascular glaucoma with preliminary introduction of angiogenesis inhibitor, after opening the anterior chamber of the eye in conditions of high intraocular pressure, there is no development of diffuse haemorrhage from the vessels of the iris, haemorrhagic complications inside the eye when using this method are absent, which enables to guarantee a high hypotensive effect in the postoperative period with a minimum number of intra- and postoperative complications.
