FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out mechanical treatment of dental root canal for preparing it to filling. Dental root canal dentin is etched with 15-60% acid solution. The canal is washed and dried with air jet. Then, adhesive system primer is used for filling dental canals in dentine and hybrid layer is produced from collagen fibers and primer allover dentin surface in dental root canal. Apical tooth opening is sealed with bonding material. Dental root canal is filled with bonding material composed of Ca and P to increase Ca content by 6-14% and P content by 3-8% in superficial dental root canal dentin layer. The apical tooth opening is sealed with bonding material distinguished by lesser viscous consistency with respect to one used for filling the rest of dental root canal space. The bonding material is subjected to hardening sealing in this way the apical dental opening. The dental root canal is filled.
