FIELD: metallurgy, namely manufacture of continuous deformed billets of metal mixture. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of spraying melt metal into mold and simultaneously adding into mold mixture of two disintegrated metals having different melting temperature values; using one of above mentioned metals similar to sprayed metal and other metal - foreign from sprayed metal. Metal mixture contains metal with lower melting temperature in quantity 1-10 mas. %. Quantity of sprayed into mold metal may be 40-60 mas.% of mass of ready billet. Size ≪d1≫ of particles of metal with lower melting temperature and size ≪d2≫ of particles of metal with higher melting temperature are related by expression d1 = (0,05-0,25)d2. Apparatus for performing the method includes mold with movable walls and casting vessel, reservoir with mixture of disintegrated and uniformly agitated metals and worm type batching device. Width ≪A1≫ of reservoir with mixture of disintegrated metals is related with distance "A" between rows of openings for jets in casting vessel by expression A1 = (0,5-0,7)•A. EFFECT: effective usage of disintegrated metallic waste materials of production, possibility for making continuous deformed billets with arbitrary shape and thickness of antifriction alloys such as aluminium-lead alloys with uniform distribution of metal foreign from sprayed metal along cross section of billet, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus. 3 cl, 2 dwg
