SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of melting matter, moving it into cooled pipeline and die set; acting upon matter by impulse pressure at temperature providing tending to zero time period of phase or chemical conversion of matter; removing heat energy in quantity sufficient for preventing inverse conversion in matter. When matter is moved to cooled pipeline it is preliminarily supercooled. When matter is moved inside pipeline and in die set it is supercooled until temperature tending to crystallization temperature value.
