FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: mixer has toroidal casing with closed circumference, charging and discharge branch pipes, working tool made in the form of propeller and located inside casing, and drive for rotating working tool. Working tool has blades, carrier disk and shaft. Shaft of working tool is immovable with respect to mixer casing. Carrier disk is positioned radially of mixer working cavity. Propeller blades are positioned at regular angle of attack. Charging and discharge branch pipes of mixer are respectively arranged forward and rearward of propeller, in the direction of flow of material under treatment procedure. Locking and adjusting device is positioned between branch pipes and equipped with air discharge branch pipe arranged on charging branch pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of construction materials prepared by means of mixer. 1 dwg
