FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: mixer has body with horizontally installed shaft provided with mixing paddles. The last loading branch pipe has at least one nozzle with coaxial needle. Unloading branch pipe is found behind mixing paddles in direction of material flow. Installed before mixing paddles on shaft is the first cylindrical rotor with paddles uniformly spaced on side surface. The second rotor is made in the form of truncated cone. Both rotors and mixing paddles are insulated from shaft. Mixer is provided with sources of high voltage and compressed air. High-voltage source is connected to needle and compressed air source is connected to nozzle by means of air pipe. Nozzle is installed in loading branch pipe of binding agent. Both branch pipes are tangential to rotors. EFFECT: efficient use of thermoplastic binding agents to obtains stable homogeneous mixtures. 7 cl, 4 dwg
