METHOD OF FOAM MIX PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B28C5/38 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: at first tempering water is batched into ejector mixer equipped with horizontal disk rotor with radially arranged blades, via aerator arranged in the form of perforated aeration pipe vertically arranged in mixer. Then foaming agent is supplied via mixer hatch, and rotor is used to mix it with tempering water to produce concentrated solution of foaming agent. Afterwards mixer hatch is first charged with modifying additive, which is mixed with concentrated solution of foaming agent, then dry construction mix is supplied, or its components in any sequence, and with maximum rotation of rotor and closed charging hatch via vertical aeration pipe there is tempering water supplied to flush earlier prepared mix from upper part of mixer, and via vertical pipe coaxially installed in aeration pipe under pressure of up to 3 atmospheres - compressed air, and using air flow ejected into zone of underpressure over rotor and cavitation power pulses excited by rotating rotor, for 2-4 minutes they mix, enrich and form pores in mortar mix to produce finished products. Extraction of finished foam mix is done via discharging window with tap arranged in lower part of mixer.

EFFECT: simplification of production and technological cycle for preparation of foam mixtures and their products with simultaneous improvement of their physical and mechanical properties.
