SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the preparation of modified bitumen (organic binders) and can be used, in particular, in the road industry. The bitumen modification plant includes a reactor (1) with a modifier loading unit (14), equipped with mixers (4) and (6), a heat heater (9), a piping system (2) with process pipes connected to a pump unit (3), endowed with the function of recirculating the flow. The milling (6) and screw mixers (4) are installed with a vertical arrangement of the shafts, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the reactor (1), and the shaft and the working body of the screw mixer (4), enclosed in the shell (5) of the screw mixer open from below, are located above the heater (9), the shaft and the working body of the milling mixer (6), enclosed in the housing (7) of the milling mixer open from below, made with windows (8), is located in the container (11) introduced into the reactor cavity. This container (11) is made with walls having through holes (12), the reactor (1) is equipped with an inlet channel (13) for supplying the specified bituminous feed stream to the milling mixer container (11), and the end of the inlet channel (13) spaced from this container ) communicates with the cavity of the casing (5) of the screw mixer; the container (11) of the milling mixer is installed so that through the modifier loading unit (14) it is carried directly into this container when the bituminous raw mixture is heated to a predetermined temperature of 150-180 degrees. The unit is equipped with a control cabinet (17) in the I&C.
