FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building of roadbed on grounds of low load-carrying capacity using ground blocks, mainly in winter. Method comes to taking out ground from reserve plot and forming earth embankment by filling, leveling down and compacting the ground. Novelty is that cutting out of ground is done by cutting grooves in frozen ground to form ground blocks and separating said blocks from main massive over border of freezing with forming of roadbed by placing ground blocks with lower base pointed upwards.
